Phase 01 — Diagnosis
Two weeks. We get in the room, talk to the right people, and identify the real problem. Not the symptom — the cause. Most clients say this alone is worth the engagement.
Phase 02 — Design
We build the solution together with your team — not for them. That way it actually gets implemented instead of filed away.
Phase 03 — Execute
We stay through execution. Milestones are tracked, blockers are resolved, and accountability doesn't disappear when we leave the kickoff meeting.
Phase 04 — Sustain
Knowledge transfer to your team so the change sticks when we're gone. We measure outcomes 90 days post-engagement.
